I’m Lisa Chapman from Derbyshire. I am excited and happy to start working with the Centre as a new PPI Advisor. I owe my life to all at the QE hospital in Birmingham. I was blown up in a gas explosion at my home which resulted in over 65 percent burns to my body and an amputation of my left leg. I am very interested in burns research and looking forward to being more involved in the work of the Centre for Conflict Wound Research.
